Be Early.

Give yourself enough time to set up & be in the studio before we begin. For safety purposes, we will not allow anyone into the cycle room after the first song is finished.

Unplug.

For respect of your fellow Tribe members, please leave all distractions out of the cycle room — NO CELL PHONES, electronics or worries. We have secure lockers for you to keep your valuables safe. In case of an emergency, you can always leave your device with the front desk and they can come get you. 

Gotta go?

We ask all riders to stay for the duration of class. But if you must leave early, please choose a bike closest to the door and leave as quietly as possible.

We ride together.

We move in sync … if you want to do your own thing, move to the back row.
